Regulations for the implementation of the Industrial Property Code
10 March 2010Yesterday, 09 March 2010, Decree n. 33 of 13 January 2010, which contains the Regulations for the implementation of the Industrial Property Code, was published in the Official Gazette n. 56. The Regulations will come into force on 10 March 2010.
