We carry out a thorough study of all prior art documents before filing, and we take into account regulations that are only partly the same in the main areas of business; at the same time, we manage and analyze the use of the trademark on the Internet.

The consultancy given to our Clients by our attorneys ranges from assessing the protectability of the distinctive sign in question, strategic consultancy regarding the protecton of the trademark, filing the trademark on a European, Italian and international level, and includes an economic assessment of the titles present in the Clients' portfolio.

Our consultancy also extends to all those activities relating to industrial property, both before filing, such as studying the best filing strategy and/or anayzing pre-existing rights, and also after filing, with analysis deriving from web surveillance and monitoring the use of the trademark.
