UPDATE

Studio GLP was recently invited to attend two important conferences organized in South Korea by the Seok International Patent and Law Firm.

Studio GLP is extremely honored by these invitations, and would like to take this opportunity to thank, once again, Mr. Ki cheol Seok and the two research centers where the conferences were held.

On both occasions, the topics dealt with by Studio GLP concerned the latest innovations introduced into the European Patent Convention, the exercise of the right to a patent in lawsuits in Italy, including comparisons with the German and French systems, and also the opportunities – in terms of protection – offered by the Community Design, both in its own right and also in association with patent protection.

The first paper was delivered on 16 November 2009 at the “Incheon City Promising Small & Medium Business Association” research center. Here the conference was honored by the introduction given not only by the Director, Mr. Byung Wook-Lee, but also by the Mayor of Incheon Metropolitan City, Mr. Ahn Sang-Soo.

The speeches given by Mr. Seok and Mr. Petraz were greatly appreciated by the numerous members of the Association and others interested in the topic, present in the audience.
