News regarding Design protection
The United States and Japan have signed up to the international agreement on the registration of industrial designs and models. 6 March 2015Recently, the United States and Japan have acceded to the Hague System for the International Registration of Industrial Designs.
Starting from 13 May 2015, it will therefore be possible to register a design in these countries through the International Convention, with considerable savings in time, management and costs.
