On 1st July 2013 Croatia will become the 28th EU member with automatic extension of Community Trademark and Designs systems
27 June 2013Consequently to the signing of the Treaty of Accession signed on 9th December 2011, on 1st July 2013 Croatia will become the 28th member State of the European Union.
As a result, the Community Trademark and Designs systems will be automatically extended to Croatia. Extended Community Trademarks and Community Designs will be neither translated nor published in Croatian. Applications filed on 1st July 2013 and onwards may be filed in Croatian.
