Vittoria Maria Felace
After earning her law degree from the University of Udine, Vittoria joins the GLP team in 2019, specializing in trademarks and designs from the very beginning.
She initially begins her experience dealing with the filing of trademarks and designs, the related formalities and their extension abroad, gradually focusing her expertise in the defense and enforcement phases of the rights at the Italian, European and international levels through a punctual management of the prosecution phase, Office Actions and administrative litigation as well as in the active support of the Attorneys in the alignment and implementation of the portfolios on behalf of national and international clients.
In 2025, Vittoria accomplishes the EUIPO Trade mark and Design Education Programme (ETMD EP) thereby deepening her knowledge of the legal framework of EU trademarks and designs, specifically regarding proceedings and practices of the EUIPO.- Degree in Law
