Immediately after attaining her university degree in foreign languages and literature, Laura Ferri started working as Intellectual Property Consultant. She joined GLP in 2000.
From the beginning of her career, she has been specializing in the field of trademarks and has been coordinating the Office of Milan.
Due to her strong technical and linguistic skills (she fluently speaks English, French, German and Russian), Laura deals with complex questions in the field of trademarks and, in particular, concerning European and International litigations.
Laura Ferri regularly represents Clients with important trademark portfolios before the different trademark offices (including the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office).
Her daily activity comprises the drafting of legal opinions and the representation of Clients before the EUIPO (MarketEuropean Union Intellectual Property Office – responsible for the registration of European Union trademarks and Community designs), WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), IPTO (Italian Patent and Trademark Office) and other National and Regional Trademark Offices worldwide.
Moreover, she deals with domains disputes.
Laura Ferri is admitted as Italian and European Trademark and Design attorney.
She is member of AIPPI.
