Bruna Pocecco joins GLP in 1977. Notwithstanding her skills in other fields, she developed a main devotion for trademarks and has become head of the trademark department in the Udine office.
Bruna Pocecco manages numerous trademark portfolios, advising Clients from the application strategy to possible litigations.
One of her main activities and key know-how are national and international anti-infringement campaigns.
She is responsible for advising and assisting a number of organizations and public bodies in Intellectual Property matters and regularly holds conferences and courses for companies.
She often drafts legal opinions and represents the Clients before the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office – responsible for the registration of EU Trademarks and Community Designs), WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), IPTO (Italian Patent and Trademark Office) and the various national and regional National Offices.
Moreover, she deals with domain name opinions and disputes.
She is admitted as Italian, European and San Marino Republic Patent, Trademark and Design attorney.
She is member of ECTA and AIPPI.
