Orsola is a Lawyer and a Trademark Consultant working both in the Legal and Trademark Department of GLP.
She graduated in Law from the University of Trieste with a thesis about the “de facto” trademark, and afterwards she attended a master course in Intellectual Property law. She spent her legal clerkship in the field of civil, criminal and administrative law in Venice.
She is admitted to the Italian bar as qualified lawyer.
In 2017, she joins GLP first in the Milan Office and then moves to GLP’s Headquarter in Udine, where she is involved in drafting legal opinions and advising clients in proceedings mainly regarding unfair competition and trademark infringement cases. She has also high expertise in customs issues and seizures.
In 2021, thanks to the experience gained in the following years, Orsola obtains the qualification of European and Italian Trademark and Design Attorney.
