Martina Bertacche
After graduating in Law from the University of Padua with a thesis on intellectual property law, a field that has been the focus of her professional interest since the beginning, Martina joins the GLP team in 2024.
She provides counsel to both Italian and international clients on civil litigation and extrajudicial matters concerning trademarks, patents, and unfair competition.
She deals with the drafting and negotiation of contracts and the preparation of technical-legal opinions aimed at the protection, management and exploitation of industrial property rights.
Furthermore, she manages IP portfolios and assists clients in proceedings before the UIBM, the EUIPO, and other competent authorities.
