After attaining her Master Degree in Law at the University of Milan in 2005, Erika Poletti concludes the forensic practice in several legal offices in Milan and, after having been called to the Bar, she gains experiences mainly in the field of commercial law and contracts.

In 2016 Erika Poletti joins GLP, focusing her activity mostly in the consultancy in favour of Italian and foreign clients with regard to the procedures to regularize the ownership of the IP titles, including the drafting of assignment deeds.

Erika Poletti also works in the Legal Department, where she mainly deals in editing legal opinions and in revising contracts.
